How to Enroll with Workday
2013 Enrollment Instructions

1 > LOGIN TO WORKDAY

New to Workday?
Employees Hired Prior to 7/1/2011:
Username = Employee ID
- (located on your paystub)
Password = First 4 letters of Last Name + Last 4 digits of Social Security Number

Employees Hired After 7/1/2011:
Username =
Employee ID - (located on your paystub)
Password = 1st 4 letters of last name + First 4 digits of Social Security Number

 

Returning to Workday?
If you have previously logged in to the Workday system, enter your existing username and password.

Forgot your Password?
Click "forgot password" below the "GO" button on the Workday Home page.

    • Follow the instructions for each step to enroll in your 2012 benefits.
    • Please ensure to complete all 7 steps in the enrollment process.

    • In Step 7, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "I agree" checkbox.

    5 > PRINT YOUR CONFIRMATION STATEMENT

    • After you complete the enrollment steps, please be sure to print your confirmation statement.
